Siri could come to the Mac this year

As we know it, the Siri is well compatible with the iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad as well as the Apple TV. Finally it strongly seems Mac will joining the exclusive list of “compatibles”. Very reliable reports have it on their shelf that Apple is practically aiming to make a solid addition of Siri into the upcoming version of OS X a version which equally is vehemently anticipated ( sometime upfront later this year).

Throwing more beaming light on the reports, Apple has set targets at realizing the functionality of the a Siri button in the Mac’s menu bar. Well, this is really not typically about the clock as well as Spotlight icon, which you will have the capsicum to activate by clicking it.
There could also pop up a situation where you feel driven to enjoy an always-listening feature, just in the same manner the iPhone does, when it boasts power connection. Once you activate Siri, its responses (according to reports) will get display on a corner of the desktop coming on a semi-transparent black window.
It is still a possibility that the details of Siri on OS X could still face some alterations yet . Taking from the reports, this is no one overnight task as Apple has been in the kitchen since 2012, trying to toast this feature — if you remember this is the very year after Siri made its debut on the iPhone 4S. Cool if you say we it is no jolly surprise as to the arrival of the Siri on the desktop may but then don’t easily forget that it was not until 2025 that Apple made the giant stride of extending Siri to platforms outside of iOS.

'I was Angry at Kylie': Kanye West uncovers Kylie furtively marked Puma bargain without him knowing

Just last week Kanye West declared on twitter that there will never be a Kylie Puma anything, not knowing that Kylie had already signed a deal with Puma. The 38 year old rapper revealed he wasn't consulted about Kylie Jenner's new partnership with Puma, and he was pissed off about it.

Kanye revealed to TMZ on Wednesday as he was making his way into the terminal at LAX that he had no idea that his sister in law blindsided him by secretly signing with his athletic wear competitor Puma: ''She had already signed and I was mad for a little bit... but I'm really happy for her though.'

He also shed a bit more light on his financial situation:
"I spent 53 million over the past 13 years chasing my dreams and I wanted to make sure all entrepreneurs that it's possible to go under and still make it out.
You know with my shoes I know I'm going to make it better but there's times it was definitely hard, there was times it was a struggle, there were times it was frustrating because it felt like if you make the Yeezys maybe someone will come out and support you.
It felt like if you are a dope artist then maybe someone will support you, but that didn't happen. The only company that ever supported me was Adidas, without Adidas I wouldn't have had his fashion show at Madison Square Garden or even been inspired for my new album The Life Of Pablo."

It was announced earlier this week that the Kylie Jenner signed a deal with Puma and has even wrapped shooting her first campaign with them.

Lenovo wants to knock us out at MWC 2016 with a metal-clad smartphone

Mobile World Congress is right around the corner, and if Lenovo India’s recent tweet means anything, it’s that the company has a metal-clad smartphone up its sleeve.
According to the tweet, Lenovo promises a “gorgeous new device” that will “deliver the knockout punch.” From the looks of the tweet, the smartphone in question is most likely the Lemon 3, a smartphone that Lenovo launched in China in January. As such, Lenovo’s announcement during MWC could be a global variant of the Lemon 3.
If our assumption is correct, the “knockout” that Lenovo refers to could be the price tag, since the Lemon 3 currently retails for around $100, putting the smartphone in direct competition with the current smartphone juggernaut in China: Xiaomi. Specifically (and at least in the Chinese market), the Lemon 3 is meant to go toe-to-toe with the Xiaomi Redmi 3, which goes for around the same price and also launched in China in January.
For $100, you actually get rather impressive hardware from the Lemon 3, which packs a 5-inch, 1,920 x 1,080 resolution display, a 13-megapixel camera on the back, a 5-megapixel camera on the front, and dual rear-facing stereo speakers. Taking a peek under the hood reveals an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 chipset, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage, which is expandable through the MicroSD card slot. Finally, the 2,750mAh battery promises a full day of use and then some.
To clarify, the Lemon 3 is not the innovative, attractive smartphone Lenovo chief executive Yuanqing Yang boasted about last month. That handset, which will be released this July, will be the first Motorola smartphone to retire the Motorola branding in favor of Moto by Lenovo.

Samsung could be cooking up a limited edition Batman v Superman Galaxy S7 Edge

The Dark Knight and the Man of Steel will finally do battle on March 25, with Samsung possibly cooking up a special-edition Galaxy S7 Edge to commemorate the occasion, reports South Korean outlet Naver.

According to the publication, Samsung will launch a Batman v Superman edition of the Galaxy S7 Edge, which will reportedly be decked out with wallpaper, ringtone, and a design based on the movie. However, Samsung allegedly won’t stop there, as the South Korean outfit will also release other special variants of the Galaxy S7 and its curved-edge equal. They include one inspired by the 2016 Winter Olympics, while another will reportedly be done in collaboration with a popular South Korean singer.

Samsung has yet to confirm or deny the existence of any of these special-edition smartphones, let alone the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge themselves. However, it wouldn’t be the first time Samsung ventured into the world of special-edition handsets, as the company released the Iron Man limited edition Galaxy S6 Edge last May.

If the three aforementioned limited editions are anything like the Iron Man smartphone, however, they will be pricey and they will be available in very limited quantities. Not only were there only 1,000 Iron Man Galaxy S6 Edge units made, but they were so expensive that one Amazon reviewer wrote he sold his genitalia, left foot, and wife on the black market just to get one. Grim stuff.

Regardless, this makes us wonder what the Batman v Superman Galaxy S7 Edge would even look like. Even though The Avengers: Age of Ultron contained multiple superheroes, Samsung and Marvel opted to go with Iron Man, so it will be interesting to see who Samsung and DC Comics roll with. Our money’s on Batman, since Samsung isn’t exactly known for releasing smartphones with outlandish colors, such as a Superman edition would require, but my personal pick is Wonder Woman, who also has a starring role in the movie.

Soon, you'll need to prove you're 18 to visit adult websites in the U.K.

The U.K. government has said it will introduce mandatory age verification for all adult websites, to make sure those accessing them are over the age of 18, and that it’ll hold the companies that produce and publish the content responsible for introducing the eventual system. Furthermore, sanctions will be placed on sites that don’t follow the new rules, which will be overseen by an as yet unnamed regulator. These rules will apply to “all sites containing pornographic material.”

A public consultation on the proposed rule will take place between now and April 12, and comes after the government sought the opinion and advice of Internet providers, search companies, charities, and other affected businesses. The proposal states a new legal requirement will be put into place, where age verification controls must be enforced by all online adult content providers in the U.K.. Additionally, a new regulatory framework will also be created.

The new regulator will be responsible for checking compliance, and the law will include the ability to impose sanctions on any sites not complying with the new rules. Following on, the proposal also wants to give businesses whose services are used by the sites — including payments and advertising — the ability to withdraw in the event of non-compliance.

The announcement is a continuation of the U.K. government’s fight to protect children online, and its efforts to make adult material harder for those under the age of 18 to view. It’s not a new scheme, with a network provider “opt-in” for adult content being introduced, and ongoing discussion regarding a content filter.

However, while a mandatory age verification system seemingly avoids censorship controversy, the lack of detail on what form the system will take is concerning. When the government’s age verification plan was being discussed last year, the idea was to use information on file from official bodies and verified businesses. For example, using anonymised work and pension data or online accounts from utility providers to prove age. While less intrusive than a credit check, there are still concerns about identities being cross-linked with web browsing history.

This aside, it’s also a difficult system to implement, given the global nature of the Internet. Do the rules only apply to U.K. adult websites — already heavily censored and usually hidden behind paywalls anyway — and how will it affect sites hosted outside of the U.K.? If free adult sites from outside the country are still accessible, what good will the age verification do? None of this is addressed in the initial press release, and we’ve contacted the Department for Culture, Media, and Sport for comment. We’ll update here when we get a response.
