Actor or actress's WHOSE career has suffered most in the past few years and why?

Halle Berry - The failure of 2004's Catwoman, her personal issues and her seeming inability to "right" her career have lead her to removal from the A- list to the C-list. Even her current turn on television, sadly, seems to be going poorly for her.

Chris Pine - Oddly, although he is the lead in a revitalized Star Trek franchise which is doing far better than any of the original films, Chris Pine cannot seem to catch a break. His turn as Jack Ryan failed to revive the moribund Tom Clancy narrative universe and his other films have been listless or simply failures. Given the lack of buzz for his third turn as Captain Kirk in Star Trek, it looks as if this film will be the first failure of the new franchise.
Pine, for a good-looking man who is also a modestly-talented actor, cannot seem to catch a break. If 2017s Wonder Woman tanks (he plays Steve Trevor, Wonder Woman's human love interest) then I suspect that Pine will be moved into the rear as a character actor along the lines of a Rob Lowe.

Charlie Sheen - His disastrous departure from the wildly successful Three and a Half Men television series looked as if it had been somewhat mitigated by deal with FXX over the series Anger Management. However, since that series failed (even when guaranteed 115 episodes to allow for a syndication deal), his revelation that he is suffering from HIV/AIDS and the fact that he was being blackmailed as a result has seemed to be the end of his career as a performer.
Failing a unique set of circumstances yet to be seen, it is doubtful Sheen will ever recover as a performer. He certainly will never again reach the lofty heights of his early film days or the dizzying moments of his early 21st century television career.

Julia Roberts - The female Will Smith. From being the highest paid female actress in Hollywood to playing second fiddle to George Clooney in what turned out to be a surprisingly good (although financially unsuccessful) Money Monster in 2016, Julia Roberts has fallen from a rather lofty perch. It has been six years since 2010's Eat, Pray ,Love which was her last film that exceeded $100 million in box office returns, she doesn't have a film franchise of her own and she 'll be 50 next year.
Since she has largely avoid the "Mommy" roles that Hollywood consigns most female actors over 40 to, since she was never a credible action star and since her time as a "sex symbol" seems to be over, Roberts really doesn't have much to turn to. Failing a surprise hit of nearly epic proportions, it is difficult to see where Roberts can (or will) do anything other than move into character roles or perhaps even onto television. She's no longer on the A-list and she'll likely not return.
