The acting Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, on Thursday went to Isawo and Igbo Olomu towns in the Ikorodu territory of Lagos State.
The two zones have as of late come vigorously under the assaults of activists who executed and grabbed numerous occupants for payoff.
The IG, who landed at the towns around 10.30am, solicited individuals from the groups to be cautious and to report suspicious exercises to the police.
A fighter conveyed in the zone said a portion of the activists had fled from the stream into the group and were among the individuals who respected the IG.
