Iran Sentences Notable Journalist to 3 Years in Prison.

The legal advisor of noticeable Iranian writer says a court has sentenced his customer to three years in jail on charges of offending powers and spreading promulgation against the decision framework.

Mahmoud Alizadeh Tabatabaei told The Associated Press on Tuesday that his customer, Isa Saharkhiz, who was confined in November, can bid the decision inside the following 20 days.

The legal advisor says the decision was reported on Monday and that Saharkhiz got two years for offending powers and one year for spreading publicity.
